AMARAVATI — The development of the greenfield capital city of Amaravati has reached a major milestone with 114 premier institutions successfully securing land allotments.

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P Narayana confirmed the allocations, highlighting the rapid pace of infrastructure projects and institutional integration driving the region's transformation into a world-class administrative and knowledge hub.

The massive scale-up includes key allocations such as 55 acres dedicated to a premier Law University, 50 acres for the high-tech Quantum Valley project, and an additional 6 acres handed over to Basavatarakam Hospital to expand its medical footprint.

These institutions are expected to anchor the capital’s core ecosystem, generating thousands of professional employment opportunities and drawing global investments.
