Terms of Use — The Sunrise State

These Terms of Use ("TOU") govern the end users' (referred to as "You"/"Your"/"User") access to and use of The Sunrise State (the website https://sunrisestate.com, its social accounts, and any other technological variants) and the services offered thereunder ("Services").

The Sunrise State is owned and controlled by Sunrisestate Media Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 502 Mahalakshmi Golden Towers, Santhapet, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh 523001, India ("the Company"/"Us"/"Our"/"We").

These TOU, along with the Privacy Policy (which is an integral part of these TOU), constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company. By accessing The Sunrise State platform, You agree to be bound by these TOU. You represent that You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or that You are using the Services under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The Company reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time at its discretion. You are responsible for reviewing the TOU periodically. Your continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Changes to the platform

The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without notice.

User charges

The Company may charge subscription or membership fees for premium or member-only content, including exclusive articles, newsletters, and community features. All payments are processed securely. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the material presented on The Sunrise State platform — including text, software, video, audio, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks ("Content") — are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and its affiliates, protected under applicable law. Member-only Content is licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use by active subscribers.

Limited permission to copy

The Company grants you permission to access and use the platform for non-commercial personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any Content without the Company's prior written consent. Republishing requests should be addressed to info@sunrisestate.com.

User-generated content

Any content you post or transmit is your sole responsibility. You warrant that you own or have the rights to such content, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or any law. You must not post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that invades another's privacy. The Company is not responsible for user-generated content and may moderate or remove it at its discretion.

Account registration

Certain Services require registration. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Prohibited use

You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass paywalls, scrape content, transmit malware, or interfere with the platform's operation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "with all faults" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 100.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates against any claims arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these TOU.

Governing law

These TOU shall be governed by the laws of India. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
