TIRUPATI: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Tirupati chapter has announced that it will host a mega property show in Tirupati on August 7, 8, and 9.
At a curtain-raiser event held on Wednesday, Tirupati MLA Arani Srinivasulu formally unveiled the event brochure. Expressing hope that the initiative would receive an enthusiastic response from local residents, Srinivasulu called upon CREDAI members to brainstorm and find effective ways to provide high-quality housing at affordable prices.
The three-day exhibition, scheduled to take place at the Shree Convention Centre, is designed to serve as a comprehensive platform linking home buyers, real estate investors, developers, bankers, home decor experts, and allied material suppliers.
CREDAI Tirupati chapter president M. Ramaprasad, chairman K. Gopinath, and secretary P. Narasimha Reddy detailed that the expo will showcase not only properties but also vital household and construction products, including tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, interiors, lighting solutions, electrical appliances, kitchenware, and furniture.
