KADAPA: In a startling development, the Kadapa district police have arrested two individuals, including a working police home guard, for their involvement in an illicit contraband trafficking network.
The duo was apprehended while attempting to transport a significant quantity of ganja (cannabis) through the region.
following the arrest, the Kadapa police registered a case under relevant sections of the narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (ndps) act.
A comprehensive investigation has been launched to trace the source of the contraband, map the supply chain, and identify other associates involved in the syndicate.
