VIJAYAWADA: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) working president and Minister for HRD and IT, Nara Lokesh, has called upon the state's youth to actively participate in politics and drive impactful governance reforms.
During a special interaction with Gen Z youth at the TDP central office during Mahanadu, Lokesh urged youngsters to cultivate dedication, teamwork, and a fighting spirit.
Detailing the state's economic progress, he noted that Andhra Pradesh is rapidly attracting large-scale investments in cutting-edge sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Technology, Data Centres, Automotive, and Renewable Energy. The government has identified 22 industrial clusters across the state to build robust industrial ecosystems.
Lokesh revealed that the state has received investment proposals worth over ₹23 lakh crore so far, with global giants like Google, ArcelorMittal, and Reliance planning major projects.
He assured the youth that the government remains highly focused on skill development to prepare a modern, capable workforce. Reaffirming the coalition government's vision, he stated, “One State, One Capital, Decentralised Development” remains their core policy.
