VIJAYAWADA: Highlighting the welfare and development milestones achieved by the Coalition government over the past 23 months, Chief Minister and TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu asserted that the party's core mission remains the empowerment of women and youth.

Addressing the annual Mahanadu conclave held at the party headquarters in Mangalagiri on Wednesday, Naidu took sharp potshots at the opposition YSRCP.

He claimed that while the previous regime had pushed Andhra Pradesh toward destruction, the current Coalition government has successfully restored governance systems and rebuilt the state's image within just two years.

He remarked that the administration had revived a state that was practically "on ventilator support" and is now driving progressive development.

This year's two-day Mahanadu was organized in a hybrid/virtual format owing to global geopolitical tensions in West Asia.

Despite the changes, the event witnessed an overwhelming response, with approximately 2.23 lakh participants registering across 1,864 clusters.

Naidu noted that while the virtual format reduced vehicular movement, the fundamental spirit and enthusiasm of the party workers remained completely undiminished.
